Orders and Payment

All orders are paid for online through Paystack. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful, and you’ll receive a confirmation shortly after.

Delivery

Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is not included in the price of the piece. It is paid directly to the rider when your order arrives. The fee depends on your location.

Inspecting Your Order

Please check your piece in the presence of the rider before they leave. If the frame or print is damaged, let the rider know immediately and contact us the same day with a photo.

Returns and Refunds

Once you have received your piece and confirmed it is in good condition with the rider, it cannot be returned or refunded. Damaged pieces reported at the point of delivery will be replaced at no extra cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, your piece may already be prepared for delivery and cannot be cancelled.
